As part of our client area security we use a "session cookie", which is automatically deleted from your computer when you leave our site. We don't use cookies to track our visitors or store any permanent information on your computer.
New customers
If you get in touch with us, we will add any information you give us to our permanent records so we can issue you with a customer reference number (required for free phone support, subscribing to our email alert service, and accessing our client area).
