Free phone support for all our customers.

Our free phone support is available to all our customers between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (public holidays excepted). You don't have to sign a contract or pay a monthly fee: it's all part of our service.

Most problems can be fixed in a few minutes over the phone, with no need for an engineer to visit. In nine out of ten cases, we can have you up and running again in under ten minutes, and if an on-site visit is required we can usually get to you within four hours.

We're also happy to provide out-of-hours support, but we usually need a few days' notice.
